Bristol Water have told us that to repair several leaks on their mains, they need to turn off the water to the Birds estate this evening (but see update below). They say that they will provide drinking water, but we have no further details at the moment. Please contact Bristol Water if you have concerns, not Dodington Parish Council.
Update at 5.50 pm: They are tackling the work in such a way that it should not affect too many properties. At best you might have low pressure from 7.30 pm, so fill a kettle. At the very worst some properties might be off overnight, so if you’re a pessimist…
