Double yellow lines are to be installed on Finch Road, Heron Way and Kingfisher Road in Chipping Sodbury.

The new waiting restrictions follow two rounds of public consultation, which were conducted by South Gloucestershire Council.  The double yellow lines will extend existing no waiting at any time restrictions to cover road junctions and areas where parking is having an impact on road safety.

The new road markings will be installed by South Gloucestershire Council during the October half term holiday, Monday 26th October to Friday 30th October 2020 (weather dependent).

The double yellow lines will be installed along Heron Way from its junction with Robin Way to just beyond its junction with Finch Road. Double yellow lines will also be installed on the Heron Way junction with Kingfisher Road and on the Heron Way junction with Finch Road.  The lines will also extend into Finch Road.
