South Gloucestershire Council will be refreshing road markings and improving the crossing surface in Westerleigh village as part of new traffic management measures.
Work will start this week to repaint markings through the village from the top of Shorthill Road to the Shireway mini roundabout.
Phase 1 – 8pm to 6am for 2 nights on 1 May and 2 May, no traffic management will be needed.
Phase 2 – a full road closure for 3 nights, 8pm to 6am from 6 May to 9 May.
Access to all properties within the closure zone will be maintained during the closure period.
The diversion route will be: B4465, A46, A432 Cotswold Way, A432 Kennedy Way and Westerleigh Road and vice versa.
