This morning – Thursday 26th January 2017 – workers were onsite at the Tern Inn Car Park installing gates that we are led to believe will be locked and only those allowed access will have key / code.
The Parish Council have informed South Gloucestershire Planning Officers and also logged a Planning Enforcement Complaint – as not sure if they need permission to do this or not.
The Clerk also informed Raysfield School – so that parents could be warned prior to School Pick up.
