Louise Harris was co-opted on to Dodington Parish Council on the evening of 27th June 2018, filling the vacancy left earlier in the year when Phil Jones resigned.

Louise brings a wealth of experience to the Council.  She has a great deal of knowledge of local government, having been an elected member in London and Hampshire.  Louise grew up in the Bristol area and moved back last year.  She currently works for Hft, a charity that supports adults with learning disabilities, at their service near Stroud.  She is also a committee member of Abbotswood Action Group and Chair of Yate Fairtrade, as well as a safeguarding officer at her local church.

We welcome Louise to the Council!
