South Glos Council have launched a community welcome spaces grant to support local groups and venues wanting to provide a warm, safe and friendly place for South Gloucestershire residents this winter.
This has been made available from the Household support fund.
The grant can be used to fully fund or contribute to the running of a free-to-use space. It can also be used to provide additional support in the space, such as advice services, hot drinks or food parcels.
Awards of up to £500 are available on a first come, first served basis until the funding runs out.
