Announcement of Resolution to Borrow
At the Full Council Meeting of Dodington Parish Council on 19th December 2022 it was RESOLVED to seek the approval of the Secretary of State for Housing, Communities and Local Government to apply for a PWLB loan of £90,000 over the borrowing term of 40 Years for the purpose of carrying out necessary alterations to Council Chambers / Office. The annual loan repayments will come to around £4900.
It is NOT intended to increase the council tax precept for the purpose of these loan repayments.
