As joyful as the festive season can be, it can also be challenging for many people, for all kinds of different reasons.  If you want support, we have signposted some local organisations who are there to help:

Who to contact in a mental health crisis:

Samaritans: call free on 116 123

 

Physical health over Christmas:

Urgent and emergency healthcare care over Christmas and New Year will be available, but many GP surgeries and pharmacies will be closed on the Bank Holidays.

You should call 111 for help with accessing healthcare.  In an emergency, call 999.
