Local flood resilience – community event
A community drop-in event has been organised for those affected by, or concerned about flooding issues from the railway mainline in Yate and Chipping Sodbury. Network Rail, South Gloucestershire Council, Wessex Water and the Environment Agency will all be at Chipping Sodbury Town Hall on Monday 29th September from 4.30pm – 7.30pm to talk about the work undertaken since last year’s floods.
