 Saturday 19th November 2022\, 2-4pm - meet at the Shire Way entrance to th
 e reserve\, by the zebra crossing.\n\nRoute marker posts have been put up 
 around Wapley Bushes for two new routes to commemorate Queen Elizabeth II
 ’s Platinum Jubilee\, and to celebrate her life. There will shortly be a
  leaflet with details of the routes\, which are being launched with two gu
 ided walk events.\n\nThis second guided walk\, led by Wapley Bushes Conser
 vation Group\, involves steep slopes and sometimes uneven ground. The walk
  will cover the rich flower meadows\, showing you what to look out for nex
 t spring\, the problem of ash dieback disease and what is being done about
  it\, and the characteristics of the Ancient Woodland.\n\nPlease wear suit
 able footwear – if it has rained the ground may be slippery in places.
