Find out how the Orchard for the Future Project is benefiting bees, birds, fruit and flowers on Dodington Parish Council’s land at Wapley Common. Learn how the area is being cared for to help pollinators and encourage biodiversity.

The Orchard for the Future has recently been given the national Bees Needs Award. You might even spot some bees “booking in” at the bug hotels!

Meet 10.30 am at the Shire Way gate next to the zebra crossing near Cherington, BS37 8US. Parking is available on Shire Way main road. The route is on paths and grassland – an easy stroll except for the ramps either side of the bridge over the railway. This guided walk is suitable for all ages.
