Young People & Children
The Council is currently supporting some exciting projects to enhance the lives of children and young people in our Parish.
Woodchester Park
We are working in Partnership with South Gloucestershire Council and the Playbuilder Fund to provide new play equipment for children aged between 8 and 13 and we look forward to introducing some new and innovative play into the park. The new equipment will be installed in the early Spring, 2010.
St Nicholas Youth Centre
We were proud to be able to provide funding for three computers which enable young people to access the internet at St Nicholas Youth Centre
Joint Parishes Youth Forum
In Partnership with Yate Town Council and South Gloucestershire Council, we support the local Youth Forum which provides young people with the opportunity to have a say in facilities and events provided for them
